A superb quality and very efficient trap in the form of a large or small oblong shape. Available in two sizes as shown in. Once again this trap is supplied flat as can be seen in the phoptographs.
Simply unclip the two end clips and the compound spring shoots the trap into the erect, ready for fishing position. The whole operation takes less than 5 seconds.

BO-Large and Small have conical end approaches, with fixed ring entrances as can be seen in. It also has an internally fitted bait bag with access from the outside, plus a zipped catch release.

In this trap we have caught Prawns Shrimps, Squat Lobsters, Hermit and bait crabs, small fish, Whelks, fresh water Crayfish, minnows, eels, loach, gudgeon etc..

General advise: All our traps are manufactured from rot proof net. On arrival they will require to be roped with a recovery rope (Not Supplied). To reduce scuffing when in use, on our own traps, we have twisted old TV co-axial cable around the end rings. This has the effect of protecting the meshes from some of the damage the trap will sustain in regular use.

Please Note: These traps are hand made. At points where meshes are tied or fastened to frames, extra durability of the knot can be achieved by lightly painting the knots with varnish and allowing to dry before returning to compressed or folded form.
